April 15th: Campground Opens
(Weather Permitting)

May 6th, 7th, 8th: Mothers Day Weekend.
Our weekend activities begin including kickball, softball, crafts, bingo, horseshoes, wagon rides, and more. We will hold our annual Mom's Lip Print Contest. See which Mom makes the most beautiful impression! Come and enjoy our first DJ Dance of the season with Christopher Robin Saturday evening. Sunday join Captain Ron for Mothers Day Breakfast Buffet, Mom's eat free!

May 13th, 14th, 15th: Eighties Weekend.
Omigod! I'm so sure, its Eighties Weekend! We will have everyone's favorite craft, Tie Dying Eighties Style! Saturday join us for a night of "straight up" fun! Time to tease the hair, slide on those rubber bracelets, and pull on the neon spandex! Dance like a "maniac" with our "totally awesome" DJ Christopher Robin. You might be the "lucky star" who wins a prize in our costume contest!

May 20th, 21st, 22nd: Karaoke.
We will have all of our regular activities this weekend in addition to Karaoke Saturday night. Come down and sing us into spring!

May 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th: Memorial Day Weekend.
The swimming pool opens this weekend. Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts begin and will be held every other week until Labor Day. All of our regular activities will be held including our annual Field Day Events. A DJ Dance and a Live Band will round out the weekend.

June 3rd, 4th, 5th: Monte Carlo Weekend.
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults begins and will be held every other week until Labor Day. Saturday night, try your luck on our Casino Games and win tickets for chances on great prizes! Fantastic fun for the whole family. All ages are welcome to play.

June 10th, 11th, 12th: Taste Of Sunsetview.
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. All of our regular activities will be held. Saturday night we will hold our third Taste Of Sunsetview. Do you have a special dish that you would like to share; are you really proud of a family recipe? Than why not prepare your culinary treat for all to eat! We will provide booth space and paper products for serving. Campers can then buy tickets to try some delicious food. All proceeds benefit a local charity TBA. Prizes will be awarded for "Best Presentation" and "Most Visited Booth." Finish off this great evening with some music and dancing.

June 17th, 18th, 19th: Fathers Day Weekend.
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. Dads compete for the title of "Best Male Leg at Sunsetview". Saturday night enjoy a Live Band. Sunday join Captain Ron for a special Fathers Day Breakfast Buffet, Dad's eat free!

June 24th, 25th , 26th: Chocolate Frenzy Weekend.
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. Enjoy chocolate themed activities and games all weekend. We will hold our annual Chocolate Tug Of War Tourney. This event will be for ages 13 and up, and teams will consist of 6 members. Watch for our NEW Chocolaty Events for the younger crowd. All the fun will be followed by a "Chocolate Slop Hop!"

July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th: Fourth Of July Weekend.
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. We will have a full schedule of activities. Saturday night enjoy a DJ Dance. Our annual Fourth Of July Parade will be held on the 3rd this year. Decorate your bikes, strollers, golf carts, etc. and join us in celebrating freedom in our own Sunsetview style. The town of Monson will hold its annual Summerfest celebration. We will have a Live Band Sunday night, and Monday night join us for a movie!

July 6th: Wednesday Movie night begins for the summer.

July 7th: Thursday night Adult Bingo begins for the summer.

July 8th, 9th, 10th: Sunsetview's 41st Birthday.
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. Come celebrate your campgrounds birthday with Camper Carnival Games, Face Painting, a Pie Eating Contest and more! Join us for our 41st Birthday Bash Saturday night complete with cake!

July 15th, 16th, 17th: Annual Beach Dance.
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. Join us for fun in the sun and playing in the pond. DJ Dance Christopher Robin will be there playing all your favorite beach tunes. Captain Ron will be hosting our annual Chicken BBQ served on the beach. Featured activities include a Limbo Contest with age divisions and a Volleyball Tourney for ages 13 and up. Come root on your favorite team and enjoy all the excitement!

July 22nd, 23rd, 24th: Christmas In July.
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. Campground sidewalks will be dressed in holiday style, in the air there's a feeling of Christmas! We will have a Christmas Party Saturday night to get us all in the holiday spirit. Help us welcome Santa and his elves Saturday Night!

July 29th, 30th, 31st: Pirate Weekend!
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. "Arrr Maties", it's Pirate Weekend with a new twist. We will have our annual Children's Obstacle Course-Scallywag Style. Saturday night all ye lads and lassies set sail for a three hour tour on Sunsetview Lagoon! Join us for a swashbuckling good time with our own landlubber DJ Christopher Robin out on the beach! Wear your best, we will be judging ye for a Costume Contest! We will also have a Make Your Own Pirate Ship Contest for all ages. Make sure it can stay afloat! All fun will be followed up by a good old fashioned Shipwreck Bonfire. And remember dead men tell no tales! Savvy?

August 5th, 6th, 7th: Car and Motorcycle Show!
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. We will have all of our regular activities. Plus, enjoy our Car And Motorcycle Show and cast your vote for your favorites. Saturday night enjoy a Live Band.

August 12th, 13th, 14th: Island Luau.
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. Join us on the beach for a slice of Hawaii in our own backyard. DJ Christopher Robin will be playing island tunes for your listening pleasure! Captain Ron will be serving a special Luau meal on the beach. Activities include Two Person Boat Race (13 and up), with prizes awarded for first, second and third place this year! Also a Limbo Contest with age divisions.

August 19th, 20th, 21st: Celebrity Karaoke!
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. Did you ever want to get up on stage and perform like a rock star? Here is your chance to dress up as your favorite performer and live out your dream! We will have Prizes Awarded in two age categories, 15 and under and 16 through adult. See you at the show!

August 26th, 27th, 28th: Halloween. ******
Friday night Pokeno and Horseshoes for Adults. Watch our campground experience a truly terrifying transformation! Help us by decorating yourselves and your campsites! We will have a Costume Parade and Contest as well as Trick or Treating throughout the campground. If you dare, come to our DJ Monster Bash! Also featured is our annual "Spook Ride." A fee will be charged to benefit a local charity. ******Please note we have a visitor limit on this weekend and all visitors must be registered in advance. ******

September 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th: Labor Day Weekend.
Friday night Children's Fun Hour and Adult Darts. Enjoy a full schedule of activities. We will hold our annual Bingo and Pokeno Marathons. Saturday night we will have a Live Band. Sunday night we will feature our Chinese Raffle to benefit The Ronald McDonald House Of Springfield. Great items for a great cause!!

Saturday Evening, September 10th Sunsetview Home Movies Part 1.
Saturday Morning, September 17th Annual Seasonal Meeting.
Saturday Evening, September 17th Sunsetview Home Movies Part 2.

October 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th: Columbus Day Weekend.
Friday night Adult Darts. All of our regular activities return for one last time before the cold arrives. Scarecrow Making at crafts will be featured. Also, carve a pumpkin and enter your creation in our annual Pumpkin Carving Contest, adult and youth division. We will have our last DJ Dance and Karaoke evenings of the season.

October 14th, 15th, 16th : Campground Closes.
This will be the last camping weekend. See you next year for more fun!
